Amazing service. Seamless and efficient. We were picked up near our hotel in Positano and our driver was friendly. On arrival at Pompeii we were greeted by the tour company and split in to small groups of 10/12. Our guide, Francesco (Frankie) greeted us warmly and off we went. His expert knowledge and sense of humour throughout the tour was brilliant. We bombarded him with so many questions and he could answer them all. And with such grace and humour. It was such an incredibly memorable experience and I would absolutely recommend this tour to everyone.

I was skeptical about getting picked up in Positano on short notice. Not a problem! Antonio picked me up and is a fantastic driver. He delivered us to Pompei and Francesco Frankie is one of the best guides I’ve had anywhere in the world. Francesco is knowledgeable, personable and funny. He loves his job for 27+ years and it came through loud and clear! Pompei blew away my expectations and Francesco helped to facilitate all of it!!! In fact, at the end, when we were touring the active excavation site (still 1/3 to go)… We were chastised for taking pictures… Because the archaeologists… Don’t want to be discovered…

Everything was perfect. Pick up from our hotel, easy drive to Pompeii with friendly driver. Our guide, Frankie, was amazing. He was funny and extremely knowledgeable, we could not have asked for a better tour. I highly recommend this experience.
