There were multiple busses running in Palma, and that was great. There was very little waiting. The buses were comfortable and cool. The ear buds worked well. There was one bus that had a really loud AC or fan that was aggravating, so we moved to the top level under the shaded cover, and that was cooler than below. The main complaint is the amount of traffic, which was simply unavoidable. We would definitely take this tour again because of the convenience and variety. The recorded audio track was easy to understand and hear.

The tour was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the area. The hike was a perfect, leisurely pace. It was great for nonexperienced young hikers. We saw very beautiful views and enjoyed a local pastry. Our guide drove us personally from the meeting point to the village in an air conditioned vehicle. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Even if you are provided with wired earphones and connect them to the receiver installed on the bus to listen in English, there may be static noise from the receiver connection.
