It was an extraordinary experiance to be invited into the home of our hosts. It was an unique afternoon we Spende with thema. We learned to cook Pasta and could try local wine and olive oil. You have to try it. The lecction in English was perfect.

Full description

Itinerary:
- Pick up from local accommodation, 15 min drive to the farm.
- Welcome drinks are served, a selection of local wine and refreshments.

Hands-On Pasta Making:
- Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on experience kneading and shaping the dough! following the chefs demonstration.
- Personalised guidance and assistance to ensure perfect pasta every time.

Tour of the Farm (Optional):
- While we let the dough rest, take a stroll through our picturesque olive farm and gardens.
- Pick fresh herbs, vegetables, and other ingredients from our garden to use in your pasta sauce.

Cooking and Tasting:
- Gather around the table while the pasta is cooking.
- Enjoy the pasta you've made accompanied by the sauce of the day and local wine.
- Last of all, a sweet treat. Enjoy a local desert! 

Take home with you:
- Recipe cards and tips to recreate the pasta dishes at home!

We had the best day with Elena and Jacamo at their lovely farm. The drive there was so scenic and exactly what we needed to unwind from city life. When we arrived, Jacamo showed us his 180 (yes, 180!) chickens before taking us inside to meet Elena, who welcomed us with some amazing appetizers. The star of the show? THE PESTO. Easily the best I’ve ever had! I loved it so much that I immediately asked Elena for the recipe, and she promised to share it with me. The pasta-making class was so much fun and way easier than we expected, which means we’ll definitely be making fresh pasta at home from now on. If you’re in Pisa, this is a must-do. The food, the people, and the whole experience were incredible—definitely a highlight of our trip!
