I loved the simplicity of feeding the elephants and getting to know more about them. It was well organized, clean facilities, and safe for all ages. It could be improved by using a microphone when the guide is speaking because not everyone has English as the 1st language, also more elephant education, and facility education so ppl will give more money. Host events families and travelers can have a membership to get discounts maybe. Introduce the handlers names and all they do. Sell the elephant paper in journals or printing paper that’s branded by the elephant sanctuary so ppl can buy it as a gift.
