Overall rating
The organization beforehand and the pick-up went well. However, I misjudged the total travel time, as there is a 30-minute break on the way to Ha Long and the pick-up in Hanoi was delayed by some passengers who were not ready to leave straight away. The bus was therefore finally in Ha Long at 11:20 a.m. (pick-up at 7:45 a.m. for the 8:00 a.m. departure). The planned check-in in Ha Long before the cruise was therefore a bit stressful. Thankfully, I was dropped off in Ha Long first, so everything worked out. In the future, however, I would choose an earlier bus.
Such a memorable day visiting beautiful Ninh Binh. The day trip was very organised. The bus was very comfortable and modern. Ling the tour guide was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend
The guide had no knowledge and was an angry guy, this is not just my opinion, it’s opinion of most of the passengers on board.
The trip was well organized with to great communication from the provider. Nice stops at the villages
