Great tour in a very crowded environment. Julie was a wealth of knowledge and her explanations helped make our visit much more meaningful.
Anna was an excellent guide - she spoke clearly and was very knowledgable. Love that they provided headsets as the spaces became crowded in some areas and this makes it easy to hear your guide. The palace and grounds are massive - a lot of walking is involved and it could take several hours to walk the grounds. Tour itself lasted about 2 hours and then visiting the areas outside the palace are at your own pace. We rented a golf cart to see the gardens - $42 for an hour. I expected more flowers - garden were a lot of greenery - we were there on May 11th so maybe a seasonal thing.
