Very informative tour guide (Sofia) and a really enjoyable day. One recommendation would be to improve the microphone on the bus as we were sitting towards the rear of the bus and struggled to hear all Sofia’s amazing facts at times.

The tour guide Violetta was excellent, with a lot of knowledge. She helped me with the jacket I forgot at the winery and also helped me organize a birthday party in the middle of the trip. It was a very nice and interesting trip. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not satisfactory, there is a single seat in the back seat with no legroom. There is no USB socket and the air conditioning was not strong.
