On this tour, you’ll dive into the medieval charm, ancient archaeology, and vibrant traditions of modern Cyprus — all in one unforgettable day.
Our journey begins at the legendary Birthplace of Aphrodite — one of the most iconic and breathtaking spots on the Cypriot coast. According to myth, the goddess of love and beauty rose from the sea foam here. Locals believe that bathing in these waters brings youth and good fortune.
We’ll then head to the charming village of Lefkara, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lefkara is famous for its handmade lace, known as “Lefkaritiko,” and fine silverware. Its cobbled streets and stone houses offer a glimpse into authentic Cypriot village life.
Next, we’ll explore both modern and Old Town Limassol. Walk the colorful lanes near the Old Port, sip traditional Cypriot coffee, browse local crafts, and discover olive oil cosmetics, natural sea sponges, and more.
Our final destination is the ancient city of Kourion, perched on dramatic cliffs with sweeping views of the Mediterranean. Here you’ll step into history, exploring the impressive Greco-Roman amphitheater that once hosted plays, gladiator battles. Just nearby lies the House of Eustolios, a Roman villa transformed into public baths, with beautifully preserved mosaics depicting early Christian symbols. You’ll also walk through the ruins of Roman baths, a forum, an early Christian basilica, and colonnaded streets — all speaking to the former glory of this once-powerful city. Kourion is more than just ruins — it’s an open-air museum of Cyprus’ ancient soul.
