I don't think anything could be improved. My husband and I totally enjoyed out trip and our tour guide Jack was fantastic. He was very informative and certainly knew his stuff. I actually learnt more from this trip, than I ever learnt in my history lesson at school. Fantastic, but very sad day. I highly advise everyone to experience this trip. It was well planned from beginning to end. Thank you all, including our tour guide and driver so much.
The guides were very good. However, I found the time frame too short, especially in Birkenau. Due to the size of the Birkenau camp, the group went through it too quickly and important parts such as the "White House" were left out. This is certainly due to the number of visitor groups, but it's still a shame.
Tour was outstanding showed us all that we wanted to see plus more! Definitely recommend and will come back with other family for another tour thank you!
The guides were amazing. Lovely people and very informative. Really knew what the were talking about. Visiting aushchwitz is a MUST in your life.
It was everything great and well organized. Marcel was very kind!
