Great tour of Monument Valley with our guide Nate – everything was great from start to finish. Super friendly, and he took us to areas that are closed to the general public. We even visited a traditional Navajo home. The best part? You don’t have to drive. And that makes a huge difference. The Scenic Drive is basically a dirt road, absolutely not suitable for regular cars or small vehicles. You really need an SUV, otherwise it’s a hassle. With the tour, you just hop in the guide’s vehicle and enjoy the ride stress-free. If I had one small comment, I was expecting a bit more insight into Navajo culture and way of life. We got good explanations about the rock formations, but not much about the traditions or daily life of the Navajo people. We asked questions to have those information. Still, this is the best way to explore Monument Valley. A must. Don’t think twice – book the tour and enjoy it to the fullest.
Great experience. It was worth the amount paid. The guide, Jameson is awesome! Wonderful sites and informative inputs from the guide.
