Our first destination is the magnificent Prometheus Cave, an underground marvel stretching 1.4 km and located 80 meters below the surface. The cave showcases stunning formations, including a unique Hall of Love, where couples have even tied the knot. Visitors can enjoy a serene underground boat ride or opt for an open-air boating experience, ensuring a truly unforgettable visit. Following our exploration of Prometheus Cave, we proceed to the majestic Okatse Canyon, Georgia's deepest canyon. This destination features hanging bridges and skywalks that offer unparalleled views of the canyon below. Access to the bridges is available via a scenic 6 km trek or an adventurous off-roading taxi ride. Next, we head to the breathtaking Martvili Canyon. Here, we embark on a boat tour that navigates through the canyon, allowing us to explore its depths and admire stunning waterfalls. An optional zip line offers a thrilling aerial perspective of the canyon's beauty. After these exhilarating explorations, we take a leisurely break for lunch at a local restaurant, indulging in delicious Georgian cuisine and preparing for the final part of our journey. As the day draws to a close, we return to Kutaisi around 19:00, filled with cherished memories and a profound appreciation for the natural wonders we've encountered throughout the day. In the morning, our guide will meet you at the meeting point and you will start a tour of beautiful natural monuments near Kutaisi! First, you will visit Martvili Canyon, enjoying views of the mountain river, natural stone bridges & waterfalls. One of the top highlights at Martvili Canyon is the short boat ride (approx. 15 min.) in the turquoise river, where you'll enjoy close views of the canyon, which you normally would not reach on foot. Note: Boat service doesn't work if the water level is too high or the currents are too strong, usually it could happen in spring or after heavy rain. You will drive to the Okatse Canyon, where you will change a car to a 4x4 vehicle from the visitor center to the canyon entrance (an extra fee of 10-15 Gel). At the Canyon you will walk 900 steps on a panoramic hanging bridge & enjoy views of nature, especially in the spring and summer seasons, surrounded by lush green forest. After taking beautiful photos and a short rest on the panoramic bridge, you will take the car back to the visitor center. Note: in case of rain/snow Okatse Canyon is closed for visitors, and in such case itinerary would be modified and you would visit other locations on the route After visiting the canyon, you will have the possibility to have a traditional Georgian sweets "Churchkhela" masterclass free of charge. You will take the car to the spectacular Prometheus cave, where you will walk in a beautiful stalactite and stalagmite cave on a 1,5-kilometer route with impressive natural halls, here the group will be accompanied by the local guide, who will tell us in detail about the cave. Before returning to Kutaisi you will have a short stop at once famous and now-abandoned Tskaltubo Sanatorium or a bathhouse where Soviet leaders once used to relax (please keep in mind that some Tskaltubo sanatoriums are being sold and entrance might be restricted). After an active day, in the evening you will come back to Kutaisi, drop of at the meeting point.

Prometheus Cave may regard as the visit card of Georgia. The magic cave is full with stunning curtains of stalactites and stalagmites. While visiting, once again it will convince you about existence of the fairy world. Enjoy first hanging trail called Okatse Canyon and have a feeling as if you are walking 2-3 hours directly in the sky. The pedestrian trail passes through Dadiani historic forests, thus enjoy hiking and 780 meters length hanging trail. The last destination is a panoramic view, where visitors have chance to take photos by smart camera installed on the area. Martvili Canyon is located in the village Inchkhuri. 700 meters circular hiking trail starts from the visitors' centre and passes through Dadiani's historic walkway. There are 2 bridges, 3 viewing platforms, and 30-step historic staircase that is built from limestone staircase. Here you have the opportunity to take a trip by boat, 300 meters (one way) section of Abasha and enjoy the beautiful views of canyon.

Canyon tour is the most popular one around Kutaisi. The tour starts in the morning at 9 a.m. at your desired point. First - Okatse canyon offers different and magnificent views, picturesque nature is mixed with extreme feelings. Hanged bridges at 150 meters height which has transparent floor leaves no one indifferent. On the way form visitors center to canyons there is walking tour(2.5km) across the beautiful nature in the woods. In case you prefer a drive there is option of hiring off-road vehicles provided by locals. Next, Martvili canyon, after about 1 hour drive we will get to Martvili canyon. The most popular attraction there, is boat trip. After which you can walk through unforgettable nature and take pictures. Nearby is zipline, too. Next stop, after 5 minutes drive there is Martvili dam and Ogueshi waterfall, there is possibility of swimming in good weather. Then, we will drive to Tskaltubo(1 hour drive). We will visit popular Prometheus cave, where there is a group guided tour by a local guide. After one hour excursion there are two optional exits from the cave: by motor boat or on foot. Next stop, abandoned Sanatorium Medea, spring N6, which was built specially for Stalin and abandoned spring N9. The trip approximately ends after 7 p.m. Take into consideration, in case of rain some of the destinations may be closed.

Martvili and Okatse destinations are best known for attracting visitors with their world class beauty of canyons. Okatse Canyon is one of the most picturesque sights in the Kutaisi area. Main highlight of the Okatse canyon is a long staircase down, followed by a narrow steel walkway that runs along the walls of the canyon, hanging above canyon and providing panoramic view. This is visitors favorite spot for bird watching and taking selfies. This platform offers the best view of the surrounding nature and the Okatse River below, which flows along the bottom of the canyon. Martvili Canyon is a picturesque landmark of water and rocks, located 50km west of Kutaisi. This natural landmark attracts many tourists who want to experience the contrast between the tranquil river and the dynamic waterfalls. In the middle of the canyon there is a large 12 m waterfall, from which tons of water fall every second. The main highlight of the Martvili Canyon is boating to the waterfalls. Inflatable boats, life jackets and helmets at the pier hint at white water rafting, but boating the canyon is a pleasant, easy trip, and the equipment is just a safety precaution. The length of the route the boats take along the river is about 1 km, and the trip takes about 15-20 minutes (including photo stops). Atmosphere is quiet and very pleasant and the river between canyons is breathtaking.

What a fun fun trip! The guide was fun and informative. Driving and van was great. Lots of local interactions and all the sights were fantastic. Lunch stop could've been better with more options but no complaints! We had ample time to explore places amd Jako was kind enough to stop at multiple places for views and rest. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!
