Fred was our bus driver and tour guide. He shared tons of information as he drove around Honolulu. The bus was practically brand new, pristine, and very comfortable. You can not bring your Starbucks inside the bus so make sure to have your cup of joe before boarding. You can have bottles water tho. This tour is pretty comprehensive if you want to do the Pearl Harbor and the battleship Missouri (Big Mo) Punchbowl and Honolulu tour. Have a clear bag ready or don't bring any bags at all for this excursion. We had about 2 hours but we still didn't get to explore all of Big Mo because we opted to order and eat food at the end. But 30 minutes out of the 2 hours we did the free guide docent tour which I highly recommend. It's better than going around the Big Mo on our own. We also had 3 hours at Pearl Harbor to see the USS Arizona. I think the cost is a bit pricey but worth it at the end. I don't have the headache of planning and piecemealing the tickets and uber. Highly recommend.
Cousin Elaine was wonderful and a wealth of information.
