Pickup service is available anywhere in the tourist area of Niagara Falls, Canada. Pickup and drop-off is available from any hotel, motel, B&B, Airbnb, or other accommodation on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls only. Pickup is not provided from the American side of Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Toronto. If you are staying on the American side, you can walk across Rainbow Bridge (5 minutes), where a pickup can be arranged. Parking can also be organized if you decide to drive yourself.

This was ideal for our group of 3 as we were time short and wanted to make the best of our stay . It’s true to say you see the falls from every possible vantage ! Small group so no delays waiting for people and Stephanie our guide was excellent. She knew so much about the falls and the area , even stopping at additional points of interest along the way . We did not really require the transport side as our hotel was centrally located but it helped enormously not having to do the ticket buying and logistics of when to do what .

Learn about the Niagara Glen and the Whirlpool Golf Course, and enjoy fully narrated stops at the Whirlpool Rapids Observation Deck and the Brink of the Falls.

Then, ascend the Skylon Tower for panoramic aerial views and descend behind the falls as feel the Horseshoe Falls cascading above you at the Journey Behind the Falls. Cruise past the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls aboard a Hornblower Niagara cruise boat.

Had a great time. The weather didn’t allow for the boat ride but we were told ahead of the trip. We got to do another activity to substitute. Our driver was on time. Stayed in touch abt arrivals and pick up. Was knowledgeable abt local facts and shared local information
