Our tour guide Dana is telling very passionate about this tour. When you are doing this tour and be as lucky as us to have Dana as your guide, you’ll find out why. It was a great experience! We had separate tickets for the museum so only minimal downside was that we had no time to thank her for the great tour, she had to move on quickly with the people who had the tour including the museum experience.

The tour followed by a visit to the 9/11 museum was definitely something that everyone should make time for. Our tour guide Sean was extremely knowledgeable and made it extra special by relaying personal memories of being on site on 9/11 as well as singling out certain individuals described as “ordinary people doing extraordinary things”- making them and the events leading up to the fateful day even more real and poignant. Capping the tour in the museum was so moving, and the displays allowed the viewers to understand the timeline of events as well as the nationalistic swelling of pride and determination to rise above the tragedy and rebuild. This experience is not to be missed.
