Communication with agency was well. I was contacted by them on WhatsApp when I booked the trip. Driver was very nice but was late almost one hour for sure not from his fault. The delay was announced before by the agency. Stopped briefly at Fatehpur Sikri Fort and Chand Bawdi Stepwell, Abhaneri. Arrived safely to destination. I recommend!
