Honestly, Bernadette is one of the best guides I have ever seen. She is just lovely and nice. She explained us from history of the sights to modern facts about Switzerland. Also she translated everything into Spanish and I found it very nice for people who were not speaking englisg. The waterfall is breathtaking. You cannot imagine from pictures the feeling you get there. The medieval city worth it. Also Bernadette explained different frescoes on the walls and showed us details we wouldn’t observed without her.
Our driver was lovely and very knowledgeable about Zurich and Switzerland as a whole. He was very informative and was happy to take pictures for us. The falls themselves were beautiful! You get amazing views from all the different observation platforms and the circle walk around the river is lovely too.
It was amazing! Wonderful place, how the water falls is breathtaking. The tour guide/driver was very courteous, guided us all the way down the falls. Very helpful.
I had a super fun day with Tony. It ended up being a private tour and we made it a fun day together. Tony is a real storyteller and I learned a lot from him :)!
The tour was pleasant. Enough time to do what you want and dont feel too tiring. The sights were great and the coach was lovely.
