Very well organized and accommodating. We had a few special requests for pickup and drop off and were very well accommodating. Muzi was an amazing guide. He shared a lot of knowledge about all the birds and animals we saw. Additionally, he was also very patient when we saw something that I wanted to click pictures of. Gave me enough time to do my thing. The Safari experience was great overall. Tembo lodge was also a great place to stay at. Clean and comfortable, nothing too fancy, but exactly as described. I was also glad that we did a 3 day safari because it gave us a chance to see many more birds and animals.

Pick-up and return transport worked very well... very friendly and courteous driver. Nice and large hotel room. Location not so good. Restaurant in the hotel was not available, but they offered to drive us to a supermarket to buy dinner. The safari was amazing... saw all the Big 5, all the Ugly 5 and much more. Not exactly cheap, but it was worth it
