The bus is on time, the drivers are very friendly and explain all the lines and transfers clearly. You also get a map and headphones. They have three lines, blue, red and another one to see everything in Milan. You can really see everything and all the historical places are described in translations. For every recommendation

The trip was really good, could sit out front or back of the boat which was lovely, and the inside was warm and sheltered as it is Feb and very cold. Only downside is the price for a drink, prosecco 10 euros for a tiny plastic glass

Excellent service and a guide who explains everything about how the boat moves

We had a pleasant walk, with very friendly guides.

The narration was very informative, staff friendly
