I expected this tour to either be pretty lame (it was so cheap) or I assumed we would be solicited for additional money by the tour guide. But neither came to pass. Our tour guide was a great story teller. His stories were interesting. His English was very clear. And when the tour ended, he didn’t even ask for additional tips. We did tip him, of course. Because it seemed like the right thing to do since the tour itself cost less than $3/person. It was a solid tour for the price. I would have paid more up front for this same tour. The value of the tour far surpassed what we paid.

This was our first time in Florence with only one day to cram in as many sights as we could. Ivan our guide from the very start was so friendly and informative. We didn’t pick the best day but even with the heavy rain Ivan happily stood in the rain while we were under cover in the Richshaw going into detail and with great passion into the history of the beautiful city. I cannot thank Ivan and team enough we would highly recommend booking a tour with the team. When we next visit we will defiantly book again :)

Our guide Stefano was so kind, friendly helpful and cheerful! He is very good at what he does. His communication skills&story telling was great. He also customized the tour according to our wishes! It is so obvious that he really likes his job, he even did continue more than determined timing! He has been very active and responsive even before we meet to decide on the meeting point and time. The tour totally worth it!no regret full of satisfaction 🙏
