We had ordered the premium ticket sadly your site advised to be at the Opry at 6:30. We missed half of the premium Lounge experience (drinks, singer and food) as the premium experience started at six. Quite upsetting! The show and venue was lovely. The evening started off on a poor note due to missing the extra that we paid for. There should be an indication on your site as to the arrival Time for the premium experience. Again when checking “about your booking” it directs to be at the venue at 6:30’for a 7:00 show.

Upgrade your visit by selecting one of the Premium Experience options, which includes a show ticket in either a Tier 1 or Tier 2 seat and provides access to the exclusive Circle Room Lounge. There you will meet an Opry performer, enjoy appetizers, two top-shelf beverages, and receive a commemorative photo to take home. Opens 1 hour before the show and remains open through intermission.

It was one of the most amazing experiences. Even though there were thunderstorms that day, everything was so well organized. the whole experience is worth every dime.
