This activity is wonderful! Hosted by a very knowledgeable and personable teacher, the class itself is engaging yet also relaxing. We learned so much about the cultivation, creation and ceremonies behind matcha tea. the classroom space itself is also a very nice location with large windows facing the fields of matcha leaves. I would 100% recommend this activity to anyone interested in learning more about Japanese matcha tea and its origin! We also thoroughly enjoyed creating our own ground matcha ourselves and were pleasantly surprised with how approachable it felt given the great class teacher!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Matcha Grinding Experience with my son and thought it was a lot of fun and we also learned some things about Matcha and Japanese culture so can highly recommended this experience. We then went through the Tea Museum which was also very informative and a well presented display of items and the history and process of tea and we enjoyed this as well.
