Embark on a spectacular adventure up into the mountain and through the Jungle of Koh Samui and then down the other side. All safaris are conducted using authentic rugged ex-army jeeps. It is an exhilarating and rugged experience, but safety is always the highest priority. After pickup from your hotel on Ko Samui, travel to the first stop on the safari, the famous Grandfather/Grandmother Rocks. Next to the rocks is a quaint market selling all sorts of handmade Thai products and souvenirs. Then, head off to the largest waterfall on the island for a cool swim in the natural spring water. Visit the mummified monk statue in the glass case at the temple as seen on TV. After this ground-level experience, crank the vehicle into 4WD and head up into the mountain to impressive viewpoints located along the route to the top. Pass by local Thai farmers working their coconut farms in the forest. Stop for a delicious, traditional Thai lunch in the mountain-top restaurant with beautiful views of the island. After lunch, head to Buddha’s Magic Garden, with weird and wonderful statues all made by hand by one man over many years. Running through the garden is a quaint little stream, and above it is an old monk’s prayer room. Drive down the mountain and stop at the rubber-making plantation before heading toward the iconic Big Buddha. After an exhilarating day, you will be transferred back to the hotel in the evening.

This suggested itinerary includes many highlights for you to see while visiting Koh Samui. Your first stop could be the Lady Monk temple or the famous Big Buddha temple on the north end of the island. After that, you can go to the Chaweng viewpoint to enjoy the stunning views of the bays around Chaweng. A little further down south, you can find the Grandfather and Grandmother rock (also called Hin Ta & Hin Yai). Then you will passby to a rubber plantation where you can see the rubber trees and the way the rubber is extracted from them. Further to the south of the island, you will visit the Mummified Monk and its surrounding temple area. You will also go to Namuang waterfall where you can go for a swim! The driver will pick you up from your accommodation anywhere on the island, bring you to the places you desire and will drop you off when the tour is finished. 

Pick-Up We will pick you up in an air-conditioned Vehicle between 9:00 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. at your specified accommodation, and then guide you to the first stop of the trip, in the east of Koh Samui. Wat Plai Laem The Wat Plai Laem is the largest Buddhist temple complex in Samui and shows Guanyin, the goddess of mercy and compassion. Here you will get an insight into Chinese-Thai beliefs as artistic Buddhist themes and architecture. The temple and the art techniques used to create it are centuries old and based on old beliefs. Viewpoint Lad Koh is one of the largest viewpoints on Koh Samui and is located between Chaweng and Lamai. From here you have an unforgettable view over the beach of Chaweng and the Gulf of Thailand. Many locals bring offerings to the nearby memorial in the early morning. Hin Ta & Hin Yai From here we will drive to the famous grandfather and grandmother rocks in the south of Samui's island. It represents a bizarre rock formation that is reminiscent of the male and female sex. Na Muang Waterfall 1 The Na Muang Waterfall 1 is one of the most popular waterfalls on Koh Samui. Due to its large natural swimming pool and high water level all year round, many visitors and locals come to see the natural spectacle. In contrast to many other waterfalls on Koh Samui, the access here is very pleasant. Baby Buddha Jaidee This temple area is definitely the one with the best view of Koh Samui! The Khao Chedi (Baby Buddha Jaidee) is located at the end of Bang Kao beach in the south of Koh Samui Island. It is one of the few waterfalls on Koh Samui that has sufficient water all year round. The picturesque, tropical setting is unique and has been used for filming several times. Lunch From here it goes on into the mountains of Samui. With our 4x4 off-road jeep, we take you to one of the beautiful mountain restaurants with a breathtaking view of the coconut island of Koh Samui. Magic garden Saturated, rested and relaxed we will drive up to 600 meters above sea level. A visit to the unique magic garden in the mountains of Koh Samui.
