HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR & CU CHI TUNNELS

- 7:30 AM: Pick-up at 243 De Tham Street or your hotel.
Independence Palace: Former residence of the President of South Vietnam until April 1975.
French Colonial Structures: Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Central Post Office.
War Remnants Museum: Explore photos, helicopters, tanks, and other war relics.
Lunch: meal at a local restaurant.

- 1:00 PM: Depart for Cu Chi Tunnels.
Explore the 220-kilometer underground tunnel system.
Learn about its role in the Vietnam War as a strategic hideout and operational base.
Experience the harsh conditions soldiers lived in, and try some of the food they ate.
- 5:30 PM: Return to the starting point or your hotel.
- 7:30 PM: Arrive back in Ho Chi Minh City, concluding the tour.

Optional activities:
Watch documentary films, view war tanks, and try shooting an AK-47.

The guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable the history of the country. There were some unexpected highlights , I wasn’t expecting lunch, but it was provided and was excellent. A whole day experience, I left the hotel at 0720 and returned at 0730.
