We had great tour guides! Giovanni (French tour guide) and Lisa (English tour guide) were very knowledgeable and honest with the information they provided. It was amazing to hear about the lives of people of Pompeii and how much respect our tour guides have for the people who perished. The driver Mauricio was excellent driver especially while navigating the winding roads up to Mt Vesuvius. Pick up and drop off locations were clear. The restaurant for lunch had a wonderful view halfway up Vesuvius and the food was delicious! Definitely worth it.
It packed a lot of interesting events in one day. Getting to know Pompeii with knowledgeable guide was enriching experience, and wine tasting with lunch watching spectacular view was so fun. Hiking Mount Vesuvius after drinking wine was a little hard, but looking down volcano in the end was amazing. Highly recommended for spending a day in Naples effectively.
Wonderful! The view and the feeling of being on the most dangerous volcano in the world is indescribable! p.s.: bring your own water and be prepared not to find any bathrooms. Organize your transportation and don't start the tour after 3:30 p.m.
