My tour got cancelled on the 12th because I was the only one who booked the 12 noon tour so our driver Richard informed if it can be rescheduled. Richard was really hands on about the rescheduled tour and was really accommodating the whole time. He was also so informative about Banff and the places he brought us. I had a really great time on this tour.
