From the beginning to the end, my tour was amazing!!! Every little bit of it!! My flight from Cairo to Luxor was delayed (by a lot) and despite my frustration.. the communication was clear and they had a solution to the inconvenience. Because our flight was delayed by a lot, they paid for a hotel for us to stay at until our flight! I almost wanted to cry because I thought we were going to miss out ballon over Luxor but they also assured us that we will make it. We sure did but we were very very tired!! Luckily me and my husband are relatively young and stuck through it. All accommodations were wonderful! We were worried about the cruise, but that ended up being the best (great water pressure and comfortable beds)!!! They used a local guide company called Nice Travels for the guides I believe!! Highly rec!
