Great staff — informative and friendly. Very comfortable boat. We liked the smaller vessel size for less crowds. The time under the waterfall was breathtaking from the front of the boat where the wind and mist gust over you. The dock area was modern, had bathroom and amenities, and was easy to navigate. We visited in early June and had sunny cool weather and significantly less groups. Larger boats had multi lingual announcements but we liked the charm of the local guide with the heavy New Zealand accent.
Mark (I think that was his name) was an awesome guide. Very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Really made the trip awesome!

Know before you go
- We recommend bringing a waterproof jacket as we get very close to the waterfalls and there is a chance you can get wet from the spray.
- We do not provide any food options onboard our vessels. Please feel free to bring some food along with you in a bag or backpack to enjoy whilst on your cruise.
- Please notify staff if you have a passenger with a disability, and we can organize to board the party early to avoid queueing. Please communicate any specific needs with the crew and we will do our best to accommodate.
- If a passenger is wheelchair bound, we highly suggest using the terminal restrooms prior to the cruise.
