Francesco was a great teacher. He welcomed us with a friendly smile to his restaurant. All of the materials were in place and ready to go. He was encouraging and helpful when we were learning the pasta making giving each person individual instruction. I learned a lot of tips for creating pasta and a delicious tiramisu. After our creativity, Francesco offered us wine with our pasta. We were each allowed to choose a sauce for the pasta. At the conclusion of our meal he delivered the recipes and some Lemoncello. Great day and worth it!!

Our guide,Marcela, was excellent. Organised, spoke clearly and with great knowledge. Very engaging with the group. Not too many people in the group so not crowded. Plenty of room once by The Last Supper. There are benches that you can sit on too. A fairly short walk to the castle and Marcela gave lots of information and advice on what to see.
