Day 1: Yuanjiajie - Tianzi Mountain Your guide will meet and greet you up and at your hotel at 9:00am, or at Zhangjiajie Airport or Zhangjiajie train station(please inform us your arrival details ). Private car transfer to zhangjiajie national forest park to Explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Ascend to Yuanjiajie Mountain top by Bailong Elevator. Take a 2-hour walk to explore the Pillar of the Southern Sky which inspired the backdrop of “Hallelujah Mountain” in blockbuster movie, Avatar. Next, proceed to the Platform of Forgetfulness to explore breathtaking sandstone peaks landscape nearby, and then walk across the amazing "Bridge Under Heaven." Later, take the eco-bus to Tianzi Mountain and then take the cablecar down from the mountain. Day 2: Zhangjiajie National park -Golden Whip Stream-Glass Bridge You will enjoy a full day exploring Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Enjoy a leisurely hike of about 2 hours along the charming Golden Whip Stream, which is impressive and comfortable to walk along. Then, enjoy a Chinese-style lunch at a nearby local restaurant. Later, transfer to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. walk along the Zh angjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. This bridge is not only the highest, but also the longest glass bridge in the world. It is not for the faint-hearted. (the Glass bridge is built between two mountains of zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, it is 375 meters long and 6meters wide. With a height of 300meters from bottoms) . After crossing the glass bridge , you can choose to experience the exciting zip line and slide to get to the bottom of the vallery , or just walk stairs down . then Hike about 2Hours through the canyon and enjoy the beautiful landscape of breath -taking cliffs , lush forests, caves, colourful streams and rivers that surround you. (Yu Hu Peak is one of the sixteen peaks of Tianmen Mountain. Explore the Longmen Grottoes at your own pace with this ticket. You can choose to upgrade your ticket to include a private guide and train station or hotel pickup service. If you book with a guide, you will meet your guide in your hotel lobby or at the train station, and then take a taxi or a private vehicle to the Longmen Grottoes. Explore the grottoes at your own leisure. After the tour, you can choose to spend more time in the grottoes area on your own, or ask the guide to help you find a taxi back to the hotel or take public transportation. If you book an 8 - hour day tour, your guide will tell you historical stories about Luoyang and the Grottoes during the drive after meeting you in the lobby or at the train station. Upon arrival, you will take an electric shuttle bus and explore the Grottoes on foot. The Longmen Grottoes are considered the largest and most impressive collection of Chinese art from the late Northern Wei and Tang Dynasties (316 - 907). You will admire the cave statues and appreciate the sculpture art, which consists of more than 2,300 caves and niches carved into the steep limestone cliffs over a 1 - km stretch. Optionally, you can choose to take a boat cruise at your own expense to enjoy a panoramic view of the grottoes. After visiting the Longmen Grottoes, you will enjoy a delicious local lunch. Afterwards, it will take around a 20 - minute drive to the White Horse Temple, which is considered the birthplace of Chinese Buddhism. It was founded in 68 AD and is regarded as the first Buddhist temple in China. Afterwards, your final stop will be the third highlight of Luoyang, the Luoyang Museum. The museum displays 1,700 cultural relics in five exhibition rooms, reflecting different social development stages such as the Primitive Society (6000 years ago), the Slavery Society (4000 - 3000 years ago), and the Feudal Society (221 BC - 1912 AD). Besides the basic displays, the museum also holds exhibitions of calligraphy, paintings, etc. every year. (It is closed every Monday.) Descend to the feature that gave the mountain its name, Tianmen Dong (Heaven's Door Cave), a vast natural archway that pierces the mountainside like a giant keyhole. It takes about 15 minutes to walk town the 999 steps that lead up to it, depending on your fitness level. after that , we will take another cable way to get down the mountain. Then in the later afternoon, We will then travel  to Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge to experience The world's longest & highest glass-bottomed bridge, 430meters long and 6meters wide. Walking on this glass bridge 375 meters above ground-level will be one of the coolest experiences of your Zhangjiajie tour! if you have enough time, you can choose to take the exciting zip line down and then take a 600-meter-long  slide to the bottom of the Canyon, You will be provided with a thick canvas and gloves to protect your hands, and be able to have fun and give your legs a rest As this is a private tour, the precise duration is up to you, but you'll finish in the afternoon. You will have a few minutes for a quick lunch break, then head to Tianzi Mountain. Located in the northern part of the UNESCO World Heritage listed Wulingyuan Scenic Area, Tianzi Shan stands at 1,262 meters above the sea level as the highest peak in the area. You will have stunning views of the cloud seas, jagged peaks, deep valleys and magnificent wild scenery which changes appearance with the seasons. You'll also visit Helong Park, where you'll find a large bronze statue of the Great General who played a significant role in China’s liberation.Afterwards, make your way down via the cable car . After the tour finishes, you will have a chance to do a small walk in Wulingyuan area to learn about the local people and also yo can choose to taste the local food or tea to relax and freshen up yourself. Shaolin Temple Fungfu Show information The Shaolin Kung Fu Show Theatre is located not far from the main entrance( around 400m ). There are 5 fixed daily performances at the theatre. The kung fu show lasts half hour including a few minutes’interaction on the part of the visitors and the actors. Place : Kung Fu Show Theatre Timetable : Morning Kung Fu Show 10:30 – 11:00 11:30 – 12:00 Afternoon Kung Fu Show 14:00 – 14:30 15:00 – 15:30 16:00 – 17:30 Note: You need line up over there 15 minutes before the show at least to catch the show. There are around 400 seats , indoors 1st Floor and 2nd Floor. So well schedule your visiting time in Shaolin Temple, avoiding losing the exciting kung fu show. The Kung Fu Show is performed by the professional performance team from Shaolin Tagou Wushu School.
