Our tour guide was great. She made it very personal and made us feel she really cared if we had a good time. The only issue was the hotel pickup. My husband and I had to walk 8-10 min in the dark to a hotel just up the street where there were no riders. We stood in the dark for 15 min waiting for a bus that could have just stopped by our hotel. On the way back we learned there were 5 other riders from our hotel that had been sent farther away to get the bus. They did request dropping us at our hotel which the driver did. Very accomodating. Would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful time, no bad events, good communication with the company and the guide, I thank you. Orlando our guide gave us good instructions and he counted all of us before the bus left, thus no one got left behind. GREAT service.

It was just great fun - informative and entertaining. Would thoroughly recommend. It's a bit of a distance out of Miami - so we took a cab - If there are any public transport options, it might be helpful to mention that.

The bus air conditioner broke in the middle of the way to key west. It was impossible to continue, it was too hot so we stopped on the middle of the road and someone came to fix it. Other than that, all worked very well
