Nelson was such a nice person. He was on time , took care id our luggage and I was travelling with a new born and a cat ! He was so friendly and mindful About the baby sit in the car and happily accepted my cat with his crate even though it was smelling a little big due to my cat having a long flight from Zurich to Miami . Nelson made my journey easy and relaxed by providing with a big luxury comfortable car for our family and 4 big suitcases !! I will recommend him to everyone over any other airport assistance or apps !! :)
Guide was very knowledgeable about the city. He had planned a great tour for us with varied things to do. Had a lovely lunch at a little Cuban bakery. He waited for us when our ship was late getting us off. Very enjoyable. Would highly recommend.
Walker was a great tour guide, friendly and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed seeing all the different parts of Miami. The boat ride was also great. It was a great way to spend time before our flight home. We would definitely recommend it.
