The tour was great in general. The pickup was on time. The bus was very comfortable. The tour guide was excellent especially as he had to do everything in both Spanish and English. Cuernevaca and Taxco and the events there for Good Friday were fascinating. The downside for us came in the dispute over whether the lunch was included or not. We were informed in print that it was. But we were told when we arrived at the lunch spot that Mexitours said no- that they were not paid for lunch. Our tour guide seeing we had written proof of the lunch inclusion fought valiantly on our behalf with multiple phone calls. Finally after much time and angst we were "given" the lunch. The other downside was too much time at the required silver store shopping experience. But all in all an excellent tour.
