Ivan did a wonderful job guiding us around the cheese factory. He provided us with a lot of interesting information about the farm, the animals and the production of cheese in both English and Spanish. It was also a very exciting experience to prepare the Mahon cheeses ourselves. The cows and calf’s were adorable and it was very nice to be able to pet them. Lovely sightseeing which I can absolutely recommend anyone who is visiting Menorca!!

The visit to the farm was really great, they took a lot of time. We were able to make two cheeses ourselves, visit the animals and taste the cheese. All in all, a successful activity.
