Excellent comms on meeting points and pick ups. The website didnt let me add on my pick up point or the breakfast. I wish it had. We have ballooned many places and this one was unique as it is over a city. Only complaint was that at a 415 start a cup of coffee at the hotel before would have been appreciated. It was mentioned in some reviews but we didn’t see any.
