This entire tour was magnificent! It included several experiences. First, there was the trip with the metro and funicular, then the view over the Arvi park. This was followed by the information about the coffee processing and the making and tasting of coffee, and planting a coffee bush. And finally the sauna, the massage and the coffee peeling, finalised by a typical meal. Thanks to Señor Angelo for picking me up at the metro station and accompanying me all the way up and to Señor Jorge for the transport in his little colourful vehicle. And to Maria for the great massage! I loved it!

Learn about the harvesting of coffee on a guided wellness tour in Medellin. Enter Arvi Park and relax at a wellness spa to discover therapeutic treatments using coffee produce including an essential oils massage. Tour the grounds and indulge your tastebuds with a special cup of Colombian coffee.


Make your way to Arvi Park in Medellin to meet your guide and group for the day. Arrive at the wellness spa and learn about how coffee is grown, harvested, and cared for on the farm before it's processed into healing products.


Then soothe your body and soul with a deep massage using coffee oils and a scrub. Return to the lobby to take part in a coffee ritual before having the chance to drink a special blend of Colombian coffee. Return to the train station at the end of the day.

It was a magical experience and thankfully I thought about bringing bathing suits because I would have been disappointed to miss the steam, massage, and cold plunge. Also, we spent the entire day between getting up to Parque Arvi and waiting on the transfer to the farm. Two hours at the farm is just a small portion of the adventure.
