Very nice activity, beginner friendly. I highly recommend as it is a nice way to discover the sea side while having fun. Toilets/water point would have been nice but there are many restaurants around so it is ok.

Full description

In small groups of 8 or fewer, get some hands-on experience on a surfboard, with the attentive assistance of an instructor who's been surfing for 25 years. Perfect for beginners, the course begins with a briefing on the experience and some safety regulations.  

Get warmed up on the sand: learn techniques for standing on the board and paddling before moving into the water. Your experienced teacher will help you every step of the way, explaining everything you need to know. With high-quality equipment and your instructor catering to the specific needs and levels of each class, this is the best way to begin your surfing career in Matosinhos.
