we received helpful and detailed messages from the company via WhatsApp re pick up location and times. pick up/drop off was just 5 minutes walk from our hotel. Coach arrived on time, nice and knowledgeable guide. Not so bothered about the stop at Majorica pearl factory but time goes. We loved the caves! amazing to see them and how extensive. they were lit up enough but not over-done and the walkway was proper paths/steps with metal railings all the way. There were people who worked there standing all along the route. The mini classical concert was beautiful! The 4 musicians are playing on a rowing boat and move around the late whilst you sit on raked seating. I found it quite emotive. You then have a choice whether to get in a rowing boat for a out 5 minutes or walk - we queued, maybe 10 minutes. we felt worth it - we got out well before coach departure time and was told they would wait anyway. Then another 5 minutes walk upwards to the exit. Highly recommend the trip and this company!

Full description

On this scenic adventure, descend below the ground to explore the Caves of Drach. Relax with the convenience of a bus pickup service combined with your entry ticket. While in the caves, marvel at the natural rocky structures and enjoy a short recital of live music.
Your tour to the Caves of Drach begins with a bus pickup service from the nearest meeting point to you in Mallorca. The duration of the pick up service depends on your location. Arrive at Porto Cristo and descend the 121 steps to enter the Caves of Drach.
Continue your tour of the Caves of Drach through an itinerary defined. The tour are not guided, you discover it by yourselve with a tour brochure which you can take with a QR code.
When you arrive to the auditorium you will be able to enjoy of a short recital. The duration of the recital is 10 minutes.
After the last chord has played out across the water and limestone, take a brief boat ride across the lake for a closer examination of the detail in the cave formations, or go on foot over the bridge. Once you've finished exploring the rooms of stalactites and stalagmites, make your way to the exit.
Before returning to your desired drop-off point, take a moment to walk around the port of Porto Cristo. If you wish, pop in to the shop of Pearls of Mallorca to commemorate your experience with a pearl or other souvenir. Finally, return on the bus to your original meeting point to conclude your tour.

A great place to visit to cool off underground! Really well organised trip, travel in a v comfortable and air conditioned coach, with helpful guides. We were shepherded into the pearl factory/shop on the way, which I hadn’t expected, but there was no hard sell, and they have a lovely coffee bar and clean toilets, so a win-win!
