We had an amazing experience! Our guides, Wito and Rafiq, took excellent care of us throughout the journey. They even arranged an alternative pickup location for a small extra fee for the driver, which was incredibly convenient. The service was worth every single cent! Our guide went above and beyond, capturing stunning photos and videos of us along the way. To top it all off, they even created a beautiful video compilation at the end, which we’ll treasure forever. We were picked up really early by Rafiq, our amazing driver for the day. We really enjoyed the sunrise, the Jeep trip, Bromo and Tumpak Sewu. At the end of the day, Rafiq dropped us of at the hotel. We definitely recommend to see both Bromo and Tumpak Sewu, but be aware it's a long day!

Full description

A Day of Wonder and Exploration

Your day begins with a midnight pick-up from your accommodation in Malang city, setting off for the Jeep Basecamp in Tumpang, it will use the sharing car.

After 1-hour drive, swap the car for a rugged 4WD vehicle to traverse the terrain leading to Bromo's best sunrise viewpoint.(Sharing Jeep)

As dawn breaks, the horizon paints a mesmerizing tableau, with the silhouette of the temple, caldera, and distant Mount Semeru completing the picture.

Post this ethereal experience, back to the Jeep and drive back to Jeep basecamp. Around 2.5 hours drive (normal traffic).

Arriving in Jeep Basecamp than swap to the car (private car) then get a breakfast and drive towards Lumajang Regency, the home of the majestic Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. The descent to the waterfall is a visual treat in itself, with pathways adorned in vibrant green moss.

Upon reaching the base, the sight of water cascading from great heights, surrounded by steep cliffs, is sure to leave an indelible mark on your memory.

Recharged and inspired, make your way back to the starting point, before being safely chauffeured back to your accommodation in Malang.

The Guide was so nice, he picked us up at the hotel and drove us to the base camp, where we jumped into a Jeep. Then we drove up to bromo, saw the amazing sunrise and went into the crater. There was also an active volcano that we climbed up, although it smelled really bad because of the sulfate. Since we woke Up at 0.30 WE we're then pretty tired, but went nevertheless to the tumpak sewu waterfalls. Surprisingly it was so adventourous, we did Not feel tired anymore. We Had a Guide that showed us everything and IT was so cool Walking through little waterfalls and ditches. There was even a bigger river downstairs. Don't forgett to Bring swimwear since there even is a Lagoon where you can chill. Overall very nice Trip and it's worth the Money.
