What was best about the tour was the guide. I believe her name was Sasha, she also went by Rose. Her skills was above board. She loves talking and working with a group of people. She gave me an email at the end of the tour and wanted my evaluation but I lost the email. Please give her my regards, I have never had a better guide anywhere. She was caring and showed great knowledge. The main problem with the tour is that it rained all day, but she made it the best she could do.

Discover Lake Lucerne, also known as The Lake of Four Cantons, and admire the Bürgenstock, Rigi Mountain, and Pilatus Mountain from afar cruising along the crystal-clear lake. From May to October, take the boat from Lucerne to Alpnachstad instead.

Upon arrival in Alpnachstad, take the cogwheel train to ascend the foothills of Pilatus, all the way to the end of the steepest rack railway in the world. Admire the views over the Alps from 2,073 meters high, as your guide reveals the historical, cultural, and culinary highlights of each area.

The tour was great! Our guide Jonas was the best. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, adaptive, answered to all different questions. He made sure that everybody in the group felt comfortable. The weather at the day of our tour was not favorable. There was a cloud covered the top of the Mount Pilatus. However, we had a great experience and fun to get there and see the center and facility. The boat ride around beautiful lake Lucerne was also wonderful. I highly recommend this tour. I want to extend my thanks to Jonas for his understanding and help to my daughter with special needs.
