What an amazing day! Don’t let negative comments deter! Our tour guide, Fernando, was awesome. He gave very detailed information along the way and back. The bus was really comfortable and roomy. We had no issues sitting together when we got on in Lucerne. About an hour to Interlaken. Small town, but a lot of souvenirs and beautiful views. About an hour here, could’ve used 90, but not a big deal. At the street, go right for shops and left for churches. We went right and should’ve not gone so far. 45 minutes to Grindenwald. Best part. We had almost 4 hours and didn’t see everything. Go to Mount First! 25 minute ride up on cable car, about 2 hours there time for shops back in town. Interbrunnen next, and could’ve been skipped. Waterfalls were starting to form and beautiful cemetery. 90 minutes back to Lucerne. Worth every penny and a full day! Can’t say enough good things. The day will fly by, but you will see so much! Do not miss this one!
This was great! The weather was perfect and the guide was fantastic. All three villages were incredible. If you're doing this trip out of Lucerne, it's much less travel time than doing it out of Zurich. They combine the two tours, so the people from Zurich had to pick us up. Glad I decided to stay in Lucerne for a few days and Zurich for a few days and booked this specific tour out of Lucerne. The bus ride through the pass was beautiful and I would definitely recommend this tour over trying to see all the places on your own in one day!
