Full description

Drive to Windsor Castle in the Royal Borough of Berkshire to explore more than 900 years of royal history.

From William the Conqueror, all the way through to Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, successive English monarchs have lived, ruled and left their mark on what is now the largest continuously occupied castle in the world.

Your ticket allows entrance to the castle, where you can marvel at the splendor of St. George’s Chapel, and see the sumptuous state apartments. Take some time to wander around the pretty town, full of traditional shops and historic pubs. Shakespeare is said to have written his play “The Merry Wives of Windsor” in one of them!

Return to London for an authentic fish and chips lunch in a traditional English pub, and the end of tour services.

Windsor is spectacular! For this tour, maybe you should take mor care about the participants. You should not mix them with other tours

Two tours were combined into one for the trip out to Windsor which made it a bit confusing at times. guide did the best they could. We did a half day tour and met a new driver for journey back and he was 20 minutes late leaving so fish and chips lunch was at 3 pm.
