A lot of things were good. But the hop-on hop-off trip with the Big Bus was a nightmare. When I bought the ticket with the London 3-day pass, I was told that I would get a new ticket the next day. It said on it that it was only valid until the next day. The next day, I wanted to get on the bus, but they wouldn't let me because I didn't have the old ticket with me. I had to pay €75 again. So I paid £456 for the London Day Pass and another £75 for the bus, which was supposed to be included. This is modern robbery and a rip-off.
