Excellent, well-run boat with a very witty and funny occasional commentary from the Skipper, Norman. The sights all the way from Kew to Westminster were stunning. Highly recommend - smallish boat with just a few other passengers, so it was very quiet and pleasant, unlike it would have been on an Uber speedboat or other big tourist things.

Full description

This Journey takes one and a half hours one way between Kew and Westminster it passes through the city of Westminster, Chelsea, Wandsworth & Putney the Start of the Oxford and Cambridge boat race. The Journey follows the Rivers winding course, passing tree- covered islands & towns before arriving at Westminster Pier, This service is perfect for any one wishing to visit the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew Palace, National Archives, Museum of Water & Steam, Brentford Football club.
This trip is more of the scenic part of the Thames from Country side to city, with lots of quaint pubs and restaurants to visit.

Meeting point

Kew Pier is situated on the South Shore of the River, East of Kew Bridge. Walk past Kew Bridge Arches towards the river & turn right. The entrance to the pier is next to our green ticket office adjacent to Kew Bridge Playground. Please arrive at Kew Pier no later than fifteen minutes before departure.
