The booking process itself was simple and straightforward. Unfortunately, there was no German-speaking tour guide as requested and booked, but "only" in English. We only received the information one day beforehand, which could have been due to the agreed debit date for the payment amount. The tour guide was very good and adjusted to us without hesitation so that we could translate for our group members without foreign language skills ourselves.
