My friend and I booked this for my birthday whilst in Lake Garda. The class was not only educational but lots of fun - and the pasta and wine tasted delicious! Definitely not shy on servings of either :-) It was a nice touch to receive the photos from the class, the certificate, and also the recipes. The location is also very nice, and the kitchen set up very modern and clean.

Roll up your sleeve as you uncover the tips and tricks to kneading and rolling out the dough. Watch as your instructor shows you the difference between Italian flours. Pick between a course on making gnocchi and tagliatelle or a course on spaghetti and farfalle, or take both courses and become a master.

Sit down to a dinner that you helped to make paired with typical wines of the territory such as Bardolino Classico and Bardolino Chairetto. Realize authentic recipes and take home cooking skills that last a lifetime.

If you love Italy and pasta, then this course is for you. These 3 hours passed like 5 minutes - saturated with a lot of emotion, cooking with pleasure and attitude towards food, good wine and incredible professionalism from our hosts Ivan and Mirko. The course was on the topic of making pasta: farfalle and ravioli ricotta spinach. During the course we had the opportunity to taste Bordolino wine - rose and red. Ivan and Mirko paid attention to each one, even finding time for photos. And at the end we each ate our own pasta, and of course we received our diplomas. Different topics are covered, so you can repeat the next time you come to the area and there will always be something new to learn. As of course I will do too. I highly recommend it. Thank you!
