Excellent. Learnt so much about the history of Timanfaya National Park. Can't quite believe we packed so much in for the price - £37.50. Tour guide, Paul, so knowledgeable & didn't mind being asked questions on a 121. Having mobility issues I struggled with the steep exit steps but Paul allowed me to use the front steps which were more manageable. Driver took his time & carefully managed some tricky manoeuvre. The addition of the on board commentary was welcome. Do not miss out on this trip.
Absolutely amazing trip to Timanfaya! Our guide Michael was lovely and very entertaining, we learnt a lot about the history and geology of the island! The driver Melvic was excellent too on the winding roads in the park, we were in safe hands. We had an option for a camel tour which was a fun ride, the camels are well looked after and it was a unique experience, I'd definitely recommend taking it for an extra €11. After touring around Timanfaya and seeing the geyser and craters, there was a small wine tasting session too of the local wines. I'd definitely recommend this trip to others and I'd be more than happy taking this trip again. Thank you Michael and Melvic for a great day!
