Whole tour was great, a very enjoyable day, for cruise passengers wanting to see more of island than the normal shops and promenades. It is an amazing landscape which shouldn't be missed. The camel ride was a fun experience which will stay in our memory too. The guide was very passionate about her island and very informative in a humorous commentary. The driver also deserves praise for handling the often steep and winding roads. Well worth the money and much cheaper than similar tours run by the ship.
The excursion was informative and entertaining! Highly recommend!

Drive directly from the port to the La Geria wine-growing region, and see the spectacular cultivation of vineyards planted on volcanic ash. Taste the local wines, then head to Timanfaya National Park. Admire the huge lava fields, formed during six years of volcanic activity.
