I booked with my two grown up daughters and was delighted with service provided Jessie from the office rang me at 10 am to confirm my booking for 11.30 am. We were delighted when he offered to pick up from our hotel. Joanna was our tour guide who was excellent. She was extremely accommodating and went over above to ensure we got the best out of our trip. We were delighted we booked as we got to see a lot we would never have seen- thank you Joanna for a memorable trip !

We learnt so much about the city in such a short time and saw so many things. The tour didn’t feel at all rushed and Karl was so informed and knowledgeable. Had some great photo stops too. We were staying near the harbour front and the office called me on the morning to check in - they advised of a much closer meeting point. Really recommend this trip
