Lake Michigan

the ambiance. the host serves everyone was polite and pleasant EXCEPT for the short dark security at the front that works 2/14/25. I was on my phone informing my husband's where we at and he came out of nowhere after I making my way to the taller security as he was the only 1 insight barring me from procedure to the guy to show my tickets n to inform him 1 person is coming they just parking. I got off the phone to address him I said if u had something to say wait till I get off the phone but don't come out of nowhere and barring me.then gonna tell the captain he don't want me on his ship if it wasn't for the no refund I would've canceled my 6 tickets and left....we came from NY/DC just to see the view but unfortunately we weren't able to. so that defeat the purpose of the cruise
