Everything about it was amazing. Cemal was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide answering all our questions. Victor was a friendly driver who even dropped us off at our own hotel Ramada Resort….when booking it said that this hotel was not in the area for pick up…instead of Ramada Suites where we were picked up.

This tour was by far the best tour I’ve been on. I visited Ephesus before without a guide and again with this tour operator. Ali and Sherif were our guide and driver for the day. It was amazing and Ali’s knowledge of the area and history is limitless. We had a lovely lunch in the Ephesus Hotel and a bonus treat of a tour to a leather factory, rug weaving school and traditional Turkish ceramics including a demo of how they are made. HIGHLY recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Discover the wonders of the archaeological site of Ephesus on a tour that is sure to be a highlight of your visit to Turkey.

You’ll begin the full-day tour with a visit to Isa Bey Mosque, one of the most spectacular examples of Anatolian architecture. Head into the ancient city of Ephesus, and take a guided walk to the Celsus Library, the Temple of Hadrian, and the Trajan Fountain.

Explore the historical marble street, and stop at the Great Theater, where St. Paul preached.

Lunch will be an open buffet at a local Turkish restaurant. Afterwards you’ll visit a carpet cooperative to see how the Turkish carpets are made by hand.

See the shrine of the Virgin Mary, at the site where it is believed she lived her final years. In the late afternoon you’ll visit the Temple Of Artemis (Diana), on the site of one of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World.

I booked the tour online; although met with some hesitation with the transfer, I got to Selçuk in good time; Ali met me promptly and the tour commenced. It was very educational as Ali took the time and energy to explain and illustrate in full detail on the history and the offerings of the heritage in the locations visited; overall I am very happy with the tour, the guide Ali, and met some interesting tour mates too. Thank you for the patience in taking pictures for a solo traveller.
